Job DescriptionWe are looking for someone to act as Technical Consultant.Scania is currently undergoing an exciting transformation from a traditional truck manufacturer to a provider of complete sustainable transport solutions.
Digitalization is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania's success is depending on capitalisation on information as well as flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.One of the initiatives that is at the forefront of this transformation within Scania's service operations is Digital Dealer and we are looking forward to hire you as a Technical Consultant.You will be a part of an international team that implements digital solutions in the global network to improve efficiency, customer service and increase sales of services.Responsibilities and Assignments Your Activities And ResponsibilitiesRepresent central digitalization initiatives to implement products developed on a global platform that are part of an eco-system of applications supporting Scania's services operations.Run preparation, pilot and rollout activities in close cooperation with the local Business Units, central development teams and process implementation specialists to ensure successful implementation of digital products.Make sure that users have information required so that the products are bringing expected benefits and collect feedback as part of the continuous improvement process.Spend significant amount of time understanding the business needs, taking care of stakeholder management, strategic alignment and data analytics to measure and follow-up success of implementation and delivery of business objectives.Travelling will be required (Approx 2-3 trips per year to Sweden to plan, follow-up and align, estimate 1 week per trip.
Visits to various markets in Americas, every second month, few days per trip.
)Requirements And Qualifications Requirements & Qualifications:Fluent English is mandatory.Intermediate Spanish.Bachelor's degree completed.You have great communication skills and contribute to good working climate, transparency and trust in the projects.
Your mindset is to support the business functions in the very best way and you are comfortable in situations that require cooperation, problem solving, and responsibility.The role requires a structured way of working and capability to prioritize the tasks that you manage and your work in general.Experience of project management and leading digital implementations would be considered a merit.The role includes interacting with senior management, staff in Scania Business Units as well as the end users in the workshop.Knowledge of Scania retail network and an understanding of service business is a benefit.Please, apply your resume in English version.
