Keep reading to learn more What You Will Do: Communicate with customers and solve their billing or account-related issues, as well as technical issues related to websites, hosting and domains, via live chat and tickets (Portuguese and English). Be a true ambassador, and show our customers what customer obsession is really about. Focus on the customers' success by offering additional services, tools, and products. Dive deep into the world of IT by continuously polishing your technical background. Deliver impactful work on a company scale. What We Expect: C1 or native written and spoken English proficiency, to communicate with customers and the team. Excellent skills in Portuguese to communicate with customers. High IT curiosity and technical understanding. Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. High emotional intelligence, with the ability to read customers' sentiment and reflect back on the feedback provided. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when addressing tasks. Ability to showempathy, tactfulness, and proactivitywhen interacting with customers. Hunger for growth & a can-do attitude! A curious and always learning mindset - if you don't know, how can you find out more? Owning your own growth through reflection, reviewing past interactions and preparing to take initiative on opportunities. Atyping speed of = 50 WPM. Availability to provide services 40 hours per week (5 days a week), in agreed rotating timelines. Currently, the main need is for Afternoon/Evening/Night (14:00-23:00/ 15:00-00:00/ 20:00-05:00), and weekends. Opportunity to participate in our online e-training (in English) during the first month, from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm (GMT-3). A computer with the following parameters: RAM -16 GB or higher(for Windows);8 GB or higher(for Mac Os).Processor -Intel i3, i5, i7, 10th generation or later.Minimum AMD Ryzen4000 or higher. Operating system:Windows10 (Windows 10 Home, Pro, or Enterprise. S Mode is not supported).Mac OS X, with macOS 13.6 or later.Linux: Ubuntu LTS22.04or higher, Red Hat 8.0 or higher, Fedora 38 or higher. Ability to boost the internet speed toat least 50 Mbps.
