You will play a crucial role in defining these ideas in collaboration with a strong team, and then making them a reality. Specifically, you will:Work closely with Engineering leadership to define and implement process improvementsPartner with the product and engineering teams to design elegant solutions to complex problemsDrive day-to-day technical design decisions and implementationsLead by example in designing, implementing and maintaining high-availability software solutions at scaleMentor other engineers on the teamLead/participate in daily standups, code reviews, demos and other collaborationsDocument processes and procedures to ensure continuityPlan and carry out information security strategiesOther related duties and responsibilities as assignedWhat We're Looking For7+ years experience writing software utilizing the .NET Framework and C#4+ years experience building and maintaining cloud-based solutions2+ years experience with a major UX framework (React preferred)Demonstrable experience implementing various design patterns and why/when to use them and leading medium-to-large technical projects from design to go-liveExperience with writing Unit Tests (NUnit, etc.)Experience with Rational and NoSQL databasesExperience with AWS and CI/CDAbility to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiencesKnowledge of modern web application development practices and microservices architecturesBonus Points:Experience working with RabbitMQ or other Queue / Message BrokersExperience building, and maintaining cost-efficient, scalable cloud solutions in AWSDomain knowledge in RVs, Motorcycles, ATVs, and/or TrucksSo come and join our team - because every role is a big role in our plans to go big.TI proudly supports a diverse workforce, and we encourage candidates from underrepresented groups to apply.
