We seek a Senior .Net C# Tech Lead to join our team for a short-term project for a retail and auction house specializing in fine wines, spirits, and collectibles.
We need someone who will guide the team, build trust with the client, communicate effectively, and maintain a proactive attitude.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the technical team, fostering a collaborative and trusting environment.Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring alignment on expectations.Adopt a proactive approach to identifying needs and solving problems.Demand Management: Interpret high-level missions and translate these directives into concrete requirements for the development team.Work closely with the development team and guarantee a quick onboarding of team members.Identify relevant stakeholders, gather business requirements, and develop a detailed backlog for the project.RequirementsProficiency in English.Experience leading distributed teams and linking our clients and the team.Strong experience in .Net C# development.Proficiency with SQL.In-depth knowledge of Azure Cloud services and experience with deploying and managing applications on cloud infrastructure.Experience with React.CI&T is an equal-opportunity employer.
