As Monetization Product Operations (MPO) our goal is to help businesses have seamless experiences with our advertising solutions, by designing and scaling support processes to resolve technical issues within our product.
We're a global team with regional hubs in Singapore, China, Israel, London and multiple locations in the US, and we're expanding to more hubs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide pre/post-sales services and forward-looking business solutions to Advertisers
- Manage end to end Implementation of TikTok Attribution, Signal & API products for Advertisers
- Client and project management skills, ability to own and run technical workshops
- Work with Client services, Product Marketing & Engineering teams to build documentation and increase product adoption with Advertisers
- Collect, analyze, and summarize product technical issues and pain points to recommend product enhancements
- Support new product launches Globally including training for cross-functional teams where needed
- Support technical and operational questions from business teams and advertisers
- Work closely with Solutions Engineering & Product teams to understand learnings and scale product knowledge during alpha and beta product launches.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience as a Technical Account Manager, Integrations Engineer, Implementation Manager, Solutions Engineer or Product Manager, working with internal/external customers
- Hands on experience with ticketing software such as JIRA, Freshdesk, Zendesk etc
- Web development experience (HTML, JS, CSS), a comfortable understanding of these languages
- Basic SQL skills
- Rest API / ETL fundamentals
- Experience resolving and communicating technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Prior experience using tools such as Fiddler, Charles or Chrome developer tools
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with and implementing mobile SDK's (iOS and Android)
- Knowledge of Universal Links & App Links
- CDP experience and deep understanding of Identity and Signals in Advertising
- Pre-Sales Technical experience, consulting and advisory services for clients
- Understanding of Attribution modeling
- Prior experience working with Mobile & Web analytical tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer etc)
