About The Job:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Owner / Technical Project Manager to join our integrations and platform team in the banking sphere. This role requires a unique blend of product ownership and project management skills, focusing on building robust integrations, optimizing platform functionality, and ensuring successful delivery of business-critical projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions, ensuring our product is primed for scalability and future growth.
Requirements:
Experience in Software Development: Over 6 years of experience in software development; a technical background in development is a strong plus.
Product/Project Management: 3+ years of experience in technical product or project management, ideally within banking or financial services.
Banking Processes and Core Banking Systems: Strong understanding of banking processes, with experience in Core Banking Systems (Temenos experience is a major plus).
Integration Project Experience: Experience managing integration projects with third-party services, including a strong grasp of APIs, especially in financial contexts.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with various departments and external partners.
Project Management Tools: Proficiency with project management systems like Jira and a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Roadmap Management: Gather requirements from other teams, translating them into a prioritized roadmap and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, setting functional requirements and overseeing the timely delivery and acceptance of changes.
Integration Oversight: Manage and coordinate integration processes with third-party systems and banking platforms, including the Core Banking System (CBS).
Project Management: Plan, organize, and monitor task execution in alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
Business Requirements Analysis: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, collaborating with developers and analysts for detailed functionality descriptions when necessary.
Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate collaboration with the development, QA, DevOps teams, and external vendors and partners to ensure successful project delivery.
