Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for IT positions.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent.
Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments including resume screening, interviews, and reference checks.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to reach passive and active candidates.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, with a deep understanding of IT roles and technologies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Not introverted; able to engage and build relationships with candidates and team members effectively.
