JOB DESCRIPTION The Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for effectively represent the company in Paper & Packaging marketplace in a safe, lawful and environmentally responsible way. The Technical Sales will report directly to Sales Director This position requires successful management of sales by developing, promoting the Archroma values, ethic and fostering customer relationships and intimacy in Strategic Accounts. The position is placed in São Paulo. ACCOUNTABILITIES Profitably grow the business aligned with strategic plan by developing and promoting its technologies and products. Lead technical projects and sales activities in Strategic Accounts. Develop strong strategic relationships within customers' organization, based in deep technical knowledge and good Interpersonal relationship. Maintain and control the business in existing accounts while searching for sales growth. Manage a significant project pipeline of new business to meet and exceed goals. Elaborate and submit a business report consolidating the sales information of Brazil in a monthly basis. Identify business opportunities through continuous evaluation of market, competitive environment, and customer needs. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's in Chemical or Engineering. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in papermaking process. Required knowledge in functional and process chemicals. Experience working in integrated paper mills, printing and writing, specialty papers and packaging. Experience and knowledge in paper and packaging market with customers relationship proved. English language both written and spoken is a plus.
