Your technical and nutritional knowledge of our products and their role in Adult Nutrition and/or Early Life Nutrition applications: Provide first-line technical support to customers and sales colleagues by responding to questions and giving internal and external technical presentations and product training.- Your customer focus, commercial awareness, and skills (value-based selling): Build and maintain a trust-based relationship with key contacts at customers. Use this relationship to gain insights into customer needs and translate these needs into technical solutions and internal development projects. Focus on creating a WIN-WIN situation for Royal FrieslandCampina and our customers. Use the customer relationship management system (Salesforce) to monitor and track progress.- Your involvement in creating innovations that fit customer needs and landing those innovations: Participate in the End-to-End innovation process through continuous interactions with Marketing, PGM, Development Clusters, and New Product Development teams. Share your view on customer and market needs and provide input on project requirements. Support the development of Value Propositions for the region and roll out innovations to the market by training the sales team and presenting and discussing the innovation with customers from a technical perspective.Skills:Influence and execute the innovation roadmap: Responsible for landing of new innovations or existing ingredient(s) in the market by providing direct support for customer and working with regional Application technologist to produce regionalized applications. Responsible for communication of regional insights and needs to broader FrieslandCampina Ingredients team.Contribution to lead generation and opportunity pipeline: Challenge incoming leads and generate new leads with customers and prospects, have them converted into opportunities and eventually valuable innovations. Apply value based selling tactics to validate needs and translate this to RFC solutions.Customer relation management: Provides direct support for regional customers. Works closely and within the Technical, Regulatory and Commercial Frameworks with regional Application Technologists to provide optimal support for the customer request.Stakeholder Management: Collaboration with regional Commercial teams, global FCI TSS and Application Group and broader R&D. Makes sure the regions' needs are included in the Application Roadmap.Knowledge Management: Responsible for collection of regional knowledge within area of own responsibility and its transfer to the global team.Hybrid working (remote/home): Office in Pinheiros-SP. Hybrid way of working (home office + in person at office + clients + travel).Contractor (PJ)
