Technical Service - Customer Care Analyst - Medtech

**Main Responsibilities**:
Responsible for performing administrative activities on tech services customer care area.
Coordinates the service calls, Work Order on system input, complaints report, Invoice generating, Quotes management, customers doubts and updates contact.
Additionally, supports on NPS research, Preventive Maintenance schedule and calibrated tools management, Field Service Engineers agenda controls, data management and leads purchase demands of the area.
Provides support and problem resolution for sales, customers, and support areas, being the focal point for them, as a bridge to the technical team.
Identifies problem and recommends resolution on existing routines.
Incorporate and promote process improvements.
Works with service representatives, sales representatives, clinical specialists and customers to improve internal services.
Assists in the development and maintenance of performs other additional duties or projects as assigned.
Stay updated based on the training catalog proposed by the company.
Follow and put as priority the code of ethics and respect (CREDO) of the company!
**Qualifications**

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree.
Work experience of at least 2 years in customer service/care area, desirable on Medical Devices.
Nice interpersonal skills with verbal and written abilities for communication is required.
English language at intermediate level.

- Sense of Analysis and interpretation for requests received.
- Teamwork
- Problem Solving
- Ability to diagnose and address customer problems that involve processes and people, aligned to learning capacity while doing the activities.
- Ability to offer step-by-step support, both written and oral.
- Good communication skills for problem solving and customer dealing.
- Knowledge: Excel (necessary), SAP and salesforce (desirable).
- Residence in Guarulhos/SP or nearby.
