Your role involves understanding their technical requirements, assisting with filter sizing, optimization, and providing process-enhancing solutions. By enabling our customers, you'll help them maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of their methods.Position Details:Part of the Food and Beverage Technical Support Team (SLS).Location: Brazil.Provide unbiased technical support to customers and the sales team in LATAM.Responsibilities:Process and respond to technical requests promptly, offering accurate solutions and recommendations.Select and size filters based on technical requirements, considering various factors for optimal performance.Assist in creating quotation texts and preparing offers.Manage inquiries and subcontractor assignments efficiently.Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance customer and internal team understanding of technical processes, filter sizing techniques, and optimization strategies.Essential Requirements:Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering, technical sciences, or a related field.Strong technical background with customer-facing experience.Proficiency in software tools (Microsoft, SAP, Sales-Force) relevant to technical support.Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish for seamless communication with clients.Willingness to travel.
