What We're Looking For: Technical support specialist Advanced English proficiency (must have). IBMi/AS400/P9 knowledge (must have). Ability to analyze system and documentation requirements. Experience in problem-solving. Familiarity with databases and data modeling. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively. Professional training of at least 2 years. Responsibilities: Analyze and resolve technical issues related to systems and documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize document processes. Effectively communicate with customers and colleagues to ensure quick problem resolution. Utilize database tools to manage and analyze information.
