Technical Support Specialist – English, Portuguese and Spanish are all essential A global leader in distributed Technology and IOT is hiring in Sao Paolo and is searching for several Technical Support Specialists who speak English, Portuguese and Spanish to join their team. You will be working for a global organisation with over 4,000 employees worldwide and supporting over 50,000 unique customers spread across 150 countries. Their state-of-the-art hardware and software solutions allow large enterprise customers to monitor and control a large array of business activities at the click of a button. They are a technology-first company, that provides an award-winning environment for any technologist. In this role, you will be part of a team established to support business customers, where your work will be focused primarily on Level 2 support of their global tech platform. This role promotes autonomy and growth, with the option to climb their internal career ladder with no cap! Requirements: · Education in the form of a degree or diploma in computer science/ engineering or related field of study. · Over 2 years of professional experience in technical support or similar positions. · Where you have experience with troubleshooting and customer support · Working knowledge of querying languages like SQL or JavaScript. · Working knowledge or experience with data warehouses (Google Big Query would be desirable). · Experience with ticketing and tracking systems (JIRA & Salesforce would be ideal) · Experience or knowledge of other programming languages is desirable. · Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) · Good Communication skills in French, Spanish, Italian or German (min upper B2) · Comfortable speaking on the phone and able to probe/ question and understand technical problems. · Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve to well-judged decisions.
