THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to our Global Analytics Team in Brazil.
As a member of the ever-growing Global Analytics team at Wellhub, you'll play a critical role in maintaining a data-focused culture and helping drive unique strategic initiatives.
In this highly malleable role, you will be responsible for the development and ongoing data operation of Wellhub's growth strategy, products, technologies, tools, and technical solutions.
This includes defining and enforcing efficient operational processes, generating and governing product-focused dashboards, educating product stakeholders on dashboards and datasets, developing analytical insights and analysis, and working with multiple global teams within the product areas to provide solutions as a strategic partner.
YOUR IMPACT
Collaborate with Product Managers to analyze and monitor new features, providing insights through investigation documents and simple dashboards to track usage and engagement.
Deliver actionable recommendations to optimize current features and guide the development of new ones based on data-driven insights.
Leverage data to understand specific user, client, and partner journeys, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation within product focus areas.
Build dedicated product dashboards and analyses to ensure timely delivery of insights, enabling faster decision-making and iteration cycles.
Proactively identify automation opportunities within the product analytics pipeline, driving efficiency and scalability in reporting and analysis workflows.
Ensure high-quality data by validating inputs, addressing discrepancies, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain reliable and accurate analytics outputs.
Champion data governance practices and advocate for secure, compliant data management, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and regulations.
Communicate findings effectively across technical and business audiences, using storytelling to influence product strategy and drive impactful outcomes.

WHO YOU ARE
Experience with managing stakeholders requests, pushing for prioritization and impact.
Ability to communicate complex data and technical concepts clearly and concisely to a non-technical audience.
Strong SQL skills required, with experience in creating pipelines and transforming raw, unstructured data into formats optimized for dashboards and analysis.
Ability to translate business requests into effective SQL queries to answer key questions.
Experience with data visualization (Tableau, Metabase, Looker, etc.).
Must be comfortable with unstructured, fast-moving and constantly evolving high-growth environments.
Curious mind who wants to have an impact on protecting the bottom line and operates with ownership mentality.
A driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for excellence and continuous improvement; strong execution and ability to drive work to completion.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
Experience working with data engineers.
Exposure to Python or other scripting languages.
