What you'll be doing: Responsible for ensuring the execution of electro-electronic maintenance, automation, and predictive maintenance, executing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment based on established characteristics, technical specifications, and procedures.Propose and execute improvements in work processes and equipment using methodologies to identify main losses, generating quantitative and qualitative gains for the area.Support the Maintenance Coordinator in managing administrative and technical routines of the maintenance department, assisting the planner in registering equipment maintenance and plans to ensure equipment reliability.Assist the planner and coordinator in managing indicators and developing action plans, monitoring the implementation of actions.Review maintenance plans to seek continuous improvement of equipment.Improve performance and customer service in maintenance through interaction with corrective maintenance notes and TPM and service safety labels.Contribute to cost reduction through improvement projects, quality projects, and productivity gains in operations and maintenance processes by identifying opportunities and alternatives for technological updates of products, processes, and equipment.Promote the evolution of knowledge and best maintenance practices emphasizing TPM methodologies and quality tools (AQF, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, PDCA, Competency Matrix, LPP, LIL Standard, improvement projects, and breakdown reduction) through multiplication, training, and facilitation.Support the control of maintenance parts and supplies purchases, following up on pending purchase requisitions.Seek new suppliers and partners aiming for low cost.Participate in the preparation of the Capex/Opex budget.What are the requirements?
