Your responsibilities
Support first steps of the service project through the sales, execution, and closing stages. Supporting customers, site management, and company management.
Technical planning of service projects for maintenance in mining equipment.
Project planning and follow-up by proactively seeking resources, controlling deliverables, and quality of the service.
Risk analysis and mitigation measures.
Complex problem solving in order to meet project scopes and delivery time.
Technical and planning documentation. Service reports containing progress, forecast, key issues, etc.
Sub suppliers follow-up and service deliverables.
Creation of recovery and mitigation plans in order to ensure delivery of services.
Creation of daily report.
Technical meeting with customers.
Follow up of commissioning and start-up of equipment.
Final Reports and Data Book.
What you bring
Technical Degree:Mechanical EngineeringMetallurgical & Mining EngineeringElectromechanical EngineeringIndustrial Engineering
3 to 5 years of experience in planning and supervising maintenance teams in industrial companies, preferably in mining.
Basic English.
