**Role Description**
The Health Services Associate provides sustainable health and health-prevention services and programs based on the interests and needs of SAP employees to keep them balanced, healthy, engaged, and productive.
In alignment with the SAP Global Health & Safety Policy and the supervision of the Senior Health Expert, the Health Services Associate is accountable for the successful delivery of cost-effective Health Services in their area of responsibility as onsite and remote services, in-house counseling services, or health promotion programs.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**
Provides best-in-class services in the field of corporate health services Seeks for continuous improvement in collaboration with internal stakeholders as the HR community and external partners as benchmark partners Ensures compliance with local health & safety legislation Provides data and statistics about demand and uptake rate of services
**Expectations and Tasks**
Providing customer-oriented service delivery in the field of corporate health services Promote and monitor a process of continuous improvement related to employee Health.
Protect and improve the safety and health of all employees by preventing accidents at work and work-related commuting accidents.
Activity reports for the medical and occupational services
Registration of employees in the Occupational Health system and data maintenance (SOC)
Send monthly information to eSocial
Assist in carrying out pre-employment, periodic, and dismissal exams
Meet the needs of workers with minor illnesses or injuries
Be part of the emergency brigade and support CIPA
**Experience & Language Requirements**
Minimum functional experience of 2 years within an occupational Health
English communication - writing and speaking skills
Team orientation and an ability to communicate well with team members
Good knowledge of occupational health system (SOC)
