The company provides innovative technology and value-added solutions to global tier one mobile operators, focusing on enhancing customer relationships and delivering next-generation mobile services.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Telecom Sales Director - LATAM at XIUS.
The Telecom Sales Director will be responsible for sales operations, customer service, team management, and business development activities in the Latin American region.
The role involves driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and developing strategic business opportunities.QualificationsDevelop and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy, Lead the complete sales cycle in LATAM from initial qualification and discovery to successful fulfillment.A proven and consistent track record selling to large Telecom level customers and established relationship at the C-suite level.Recent and relevant Telecom industry experience is a must, specifically in LATAMEngage in consultative sales approaches, delving into prospects' business challenges to provide impactful solutions.Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in the marketplace.Identify and close new sales opportunities within targeted telecom industry accounts.Exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.Demonstrate tenacity in following through and prioritizing client needs to maximize sales opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operation & R&D to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.Manage a team of multidisciplinary roles that are engaged to meet the regional targets.Monitor the market and competitor products and activitiesShould have proficiency in English and Spanish
