Telemarketing Supervisor

We are seeking a talented and experienced Telemarketing Supervisor for our office in São Paulo. If you have a proven track record in managing telemarketing/support teams, and want to grow in a dynamic IT company, then this position is for you! Responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate the telemarketing team, ensuring customer service quality is met; - Develop and implement strategies and scripts to optimize team performance; - Train and develop team members; - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, prepare reports for management; - Manage the recruitment process for new team members, including interviewing and evaluating candidates; - Ensure compliance with company quality standards and policies. Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within telemarketing/customer support; - Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate a team to achieve high results; - Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed; - Proficiency in computer usage, including experience with CRM systems; - Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus; - Organized, responsible, and result-oriented.
