We are seeking a talented and experienced Telemarketing Supervisor for our office in São Paulo.If you have a proven track record in managing telemarketing/support teams, and want to grow in a dynamic IT company, then this position is for you!Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate the telemarketing team, ensuring customer service quality is met;Develop and implement strategies and scripts to optimize team performance;Train and develop team members;Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, prepare reports for management;Manage the recruitment process for new team members, including interviewing and evaluating candidates;Ensure compliance with company quality standards and policies.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within telemarketing/customer support;Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate a team to achieve high results;Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed;Proficiency in computer usage, including experience with CRM systems;Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus;Organized, responsible, and result-oriented.What We Offer:Competitive salary and annual bonus;Paid vacation and sick days;Meal compensation;Fully-equipped office with central location in São Paulo;Opportunities for professional and career growth;A dynamic and supportive team environment.
