We are seeking a skilled and motivated IVR Agile Developer to join our team IVR team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analytics, natural language processing, and Agile methodologies, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver innovative solutions.
This role involves identifying IVR pain points, optimizing speech systems, and supporting various phases of Agile development, including coding, testing, and system design.

Responsibilities:
Data Analytics & IVR Optimization:
Identify IVR pain points and create comprehensive development solutions based on data analysis and best industry practices.
Utilize production data, including Big Data scripts and custom reporting dashboards, to identify and quantify prospective IVR enhancements, improve containment, and enhance call routing strategies.
Document exact requirements of business requests and deliver detailed design diagrams of prospective changes.
Test, validate, and reformulate grammars and natural language models to deliver accurate predictions of outcomes of interest.
Agile Methodologies & Development:
Effectively write and refine user stories, including clear and accurate acceptance criteria.
Perform broad and detailed impact assessments relating to people, processes, and technology, and estimate user stories using relative sizing of story points.
Support implementation activities, troubleshoot user/system environmental issues, and provide training as required.
Collaborate with the Product Owner to confirm code and acceptance tests reflect the desired functionality.
Execute Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) to build in quality.
Technical Contributions & Support:
Code instructions for computer programs/objects/components and configure packaged software.
Provide input into the solution design and functionality of business applications.
Review and validate application technical designs.
Analyze and make recommendations on system backup, security, restart/recovery, balancing & controls, and data conversion and modeling needs.
Develop custom scripts for automating post-production data analysis.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Analyze system and business requirements for testability.
Develop, document, execute, and maintain test cases and test data.
Utilize standard testing tools, including data creation and test automation tools.
Apply Risk-Based Testing techniques to planning and execution.
Mentor junior team members in test planning and execution techniques.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
Participate in key ceremonies to drive execution, improve flow, and ensure transparency.
Contribute to the overall test strategy and support application development, implementation, and user training activities.
Engage in continuous exploration, integration, and deployment necessary for building the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and implementing DevOps.
Offer innovative ideas to improve processes and participate in Agile Dev Team Member Community of Practice (CoP).
