The successful individual will be required to conduct Discovery Insure telesales.The successful individual will be required to perform on, but not limited to the following key outputs:Achieve Insure sales monthly targetsCommunicate with members telephonically and via email on any queriesAttend to daily administration of keeping stats updatedConduct Financial Needs Analysis on clients to provide sound adviceOvercome client objections and improve customer service experienceAdhere to service level agreements to ensure sales consistency in the departmentAdhere to all compliance requirements within the rolePersonal attributes and skillsThe successful individual will be required to demonstrate the following competencies:Target DrivenTeam PlayerGoal orientatedSelf motivatedAbility to perform under pressureAdapt to changeSelf managedAbility to learn quickly and apply knowledgeSpeak fluently (accent neutral) English/AfrikaansAt least 2 years sales experience, preferably in an outbound telesales environmentPC literacy, email, word, excelNQF5 and RE5 qualificationAdvantageousTertiary qualification (Wealth Management)Minimum 2 years short-term product KnowledgeEmployment EquityThe Company's approved Employment Equity Plan and Targets will be considered as part of the recruitment process.
