Temporary Finance Assistant - (Exclusively Available For Individuals With Disabilities)

Responsibilities:
Deposit each receipt according to the Cash Flow or as directed by your supervisor;
Manage the EARJ bank account by providing daily statements for reconciliation;
Verify all payments; prepare checks for signature and/or make online payments available for authorization;
Control/register/verify all payments billed to EARJ;
Manage and control petty cash;
Attach all necessary documentation to the checks when sending them for signature;
Request prior approval, contract, or memorandum for all payments received by the Treasury Department;
Interface between financial data and the Accounting Department through documentation of financial and banking operations.

Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics;
More than 1 year of experience in the field;
Knowledge of Google tools;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
