The Bid Analyst will be responsible for analyzing public tender documents, preparing proposals, and participating in electronic bidding processes, while monitoring all stages of the bidding process through to completion.
This role also includes managing public and private contracts, overseeing adjustments and renewals, and negotiating contract clauses.
The Analyst will collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure compliance with legal requirements and adherence to company policies.Key Responsibilities:Thoroughly analyze tender documents to identify and assess risks associated with bidding processes and propose effective mitigation strategies.Prepare proposals, ensuring full compliance with all requirements specified in the tender documents.Issue and maintain all applicable documentation related to Bids and Contracts.Actively participate in bidding processes, including operating online auctions, ensuring representation in line with company interests.Draft clarifications, objections, and appeals with the support of technical and legal teams.Oversee the entire contract management process, from request by the Commercial Management team to finalization or termination, including the supervision of contract drafts and amendments.

English: Desirable but not mandatory.Experience:At least 5 years of experience in the bidding sector.
