Job Responsibilities:Sales (sell-in) in your geographic area through different sales channels, respecting the commercial policy and portfolio destined for each channel;Inventory management and distributor sell-out;Management of your regional resources, ensuring the best return on investment, respecting the company's guidelines;Management of distributors in your region, being responsible for monitoring their performance indicators (sell-in, sell-out, customer positiveness, product mix, etc.). Analysis, diagnosis and identification of opportunities in each region to implement, monitor and measure action plans that increase the market share of the company's products;Implement, monitor and measure commercial campaigns;Carry out technical and commercial training for distribution teams, aiming at training, quality and standardization of service and correct marketing of products;Guide the work of distributor promoters, ensuring the best performance in terms of technical-commercial promotion of the product line, training of clerks and merchandising at points of sale;Preparation of the sales forecast for your region, together with the national sales manager, evaluating results, region potential and analyzing distributors' performance;Assistance in handling cases, in accordance with the guidelines of the company's customer service (SAC), and under the guidance of the technical department.Your Profile:Graduation in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science.Experience in managing marketing channels.Deep knowledge of the Companion Animal market.Business management.Price management.Distribution management.Negotiation.Office knowledge (Excel, Pivot Table, Power Point).
