Direct commercial operation in the territory with the most revenue relevance in the Industrial Group Business Unit, dealing with the major distributors and with companies of all sizes, structuring sales strategies, and action plans within the industrial, DATACOM and Retail markets.

- Strategic Leadership with National and local distributors, coordinating distributors sales team to generate demand and increase funnel conversion.
**Be focus on End Users**: Inform and coordinate face to face calls, NPIs, Technical training meetings, technical support in first stage, technical complains and warranties, customer satisfaction.
Responsible for Developing, implementing, and managing a business plan to meet corporate objectives and sales goals.
- Work closely to market team to assess business conditions by geography and vertical market to modify local go to market strategy.
- Dealing with customer on strategic vertical markets: Automotive; Process Manufacturing of pulp, paper and wood; Education; Government; Data Center; Food and Beverage; Mining; Energy: Generation, Transmission and Distribution.
- Provide direction to distributors to generate demand for high touch products.
- Provide direction, training, coaching, and feedback to Distributors.
- Work in the funnel management of distributor sales opportunities.
- Identify, evaluate, recommend, and train new Distributors.
- Work with National Sales Manager to set sales goals and objectives for distributors.
- Provide to National Sales Manager the monthly sales forecasts and the funnel management for the region.
- Work closely with sales management and corporate staff to ensure coordination and cooperation in support of sales efforts.
Job Requirements

- Proven track record of over quota achievement and sales
- Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in the industrial market, test and measurement experience desirable
- Technical background, desirable Test and measurement technology knowledge
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
