Our client is one of the largest telephone operators in the USA. What you need to know: ·Testing fundamental knowledge and experience Experience in software development/testing, SDLC, process ·Test Life Cycle ·Customer Life Cycle ·Customer Life Cycle and dismissal ·Customer Relationship Management ·Execute Test Cases – manual or automated functional testing, review output and timely update of SOR with test results ·Initial Test failure Analysis and logging tickets ·Defect linkage to associated test cases/requirements ·Defects triage, retest and closure ·Experience in JIRA, QTest or ALM, ·Experience in agile methodology Experience in Tosca/Selenium 5 years' experience in IT and testing.
