Work on Master Test Plan. Planning of Testing releases and milestones. Review Test plan, schedules, release plans and test cases. Ensure the Bi-directional traceability between requirements and Test cases. Act as a Testing teams point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Support testing teams with defect prioritization and re-releases. Define key performance indicators along with team leaders and managers to monitor testing progress. Present Testing status to Management on a weekly basis. Requirements: Experience in Automotive Testing. Automotive e-powertrain system experience is desirable. Test Management experience. Experience in handline JIRA, Redmine and creating dashboards is desirable. Knowledge of ASPICE Processes. Knowledge or Previous experience with ISO26262. ISTQB Certification would be a plus.
