Collaborate with third-party service providers for swift issue resolution. Guarantee peak network and infrastructure performance for client satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience: At least 4 years of IT support experience. Strong understanding of hardware, applications, and software. Proficiency in Office 365 and third-party service provider products. What You'll Be Doing: Quickly and effectively resolving client requests and incidents.
