About the Team
The Governance and Experience team is a global team responsible for ensuring that our platform provides a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for our Merchants, Creators and our community.
We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop external facing policies covering content and creator governance, to adhere to local cultures, regulations, nuances.
- Develop strategies and policies for overall content and creator account health, violations, rewards, penalties, etc.
- Continuously evaluate, propose and execute improvements for existing processes and policies.
In addition, to mitigate risks and raise the overall e-commerce content ecosystem quality and personalized recommendations.
- Engage cross-functional stakeholders to consolidate, pre-empt and analyse content and creator governance pain points; derive and implement action plans and operational workflows to resolve them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and launch effective training materials.
- Monitor the critical data at the merchant enrolment and product listing stage, proactively address the problem and continuously monitor the ROI of safety control to improve the overall credibility for e-commerce.
- Work closely with the quality team to identify struggling areas that should be addressed through learning solutions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in e-commerce policy enforcement or public policy.
Background in E-commerce Governance, Platform Content Safety, Trust & Safety, Internet Safety and related fields will be prioritised.
- Driven, motivated and proactive; excellent coordination, communication and project management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams to build plans
- Familiarity with e-commerce compliance and ecosystem management - as well as strategic business sensitivity - will be advantageous
- Fluency in English
