With a structure on a human scale, it places the experience of its employees at the heart of all its managerial concerns.Human Resources Manager M/F- Magnesium do BrasilPermanent contract – Fortaleza or Jucas BRReporting to the General Manager - CEO, and in functional link with to Human Resources Director in Magnesia, you will be responsible to manage the HR departmentYour main missions will be:Supervise the smooth operation of personnel administrationCreate and supervise the recruitment plan and strategiesDesign and supervise the execution of the training and development planTake a main role with compensation & budget reviewsManage the cycle of organizational climate evaluationStandardize the succession plan and talent reviewTo create and insure the reporting of KPI to the General Manager and to HRDManage the meetings with the work Council and negotiate settlementsDeveloping and maintaining active relationships with educational and professional training institutionsProfile required:As a graduate or higher in Employment Law, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, you have a minimum successful 5 years of solid experience as a generalist HR Manager, specifically in industrial company or factories, have experience in structuring the area and in expansion projects and workforce planning.
Focus on results, ability to influence and good interpersonal skills complement the profile.You have a perfect command of Portuguese, professional English.
