The main services objectives of the Company topsides project representative services are:
Surveillance of topsides modifications on board the FPSO (construction, welding, inspections, coatings activities and others if needed) in accordance with the safety and quality standards.
Support the integration between Subsea and topsides activities on board the FPSO (pre-com/commissioning activities).
Integrate HSE in all aspects of the work.SERVICES ACTIVITIES
QHSE
Through his behavior and the work, the services will ensure compliance of the topside activities with QHSE policy, rules, guidelines, and specifications, and with subsidiary's QHSE management system and the respect of the local regulation.
the services shall perform his/her activities in compliance with the HSE Management System, aligned with One Maestro Principles and oriented to safeguard the integrity of people, the environment and Company's assets and reputation.
Work offshore supporting on the integration activities on board the FPSO.COMPANY project:
Represent the company's objectives on board the FPSO regarding the FPSO topsides modification.
Assist all Topsides construction / Testing / Pre-Commissioning-Commissioning activities on board the FPSO.
Ensure all along the project execution a good coordination with operations team and project team, including an efficient communication.
To highlight any deviation during execution from project design, detailed engineering documents, contract specifications or Company specifications and propose alternative solutions.
Monitor Contractors' achievements in accordance with contractual requirements and especially in area of safety and technical expertise.
Perform inspections onboard related to topsides modifications and ensure that the Contractor is duly applying project requirements and issue regular reports in due time, as required by the Topsides team,
Issue daily reports to inform about progress of activities and the scenario on board.
Organize and participate in site visits to assess the safety of the work performed.
Participate to coordination meetings with Contractor as appropriate.
To witness main activities and tests on board.
Close following up of co-activities and SIMOPS
To assist Topsides team on specific transverse topics.CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT

Brown fields environment, with activities carried out in Co-activities/SIMOPS mode.
Rapidly increasing level of activity in a multi-cultural setting.
Ability to communicate in an international context with multi-disciplinary teams. Ability to adapt and to manage efficiently several activities in parallel.ACCOUNTABILITIES
This service is foreseen for the entire project duration and will cover the following aspects:
- Offshore activities (offshore preparation, offshore execution, pre-com/commissioning, and start-up) for FPSO topside scope of the project.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Solid FPSO construction experience – 15 years' experience as a minimum.
Mandatory certificates/training: CBSP, HUET, CA-EBS, NR-10, NR-35, NR-33 e NR-13
Experience in brown field project, construction offshore and familiar with operations requirements.
Experience with FPSO Full field shutdown follow up.
Experience with UMS (floatel) campaigns and works management in this scenario.
Good communication skills, organizational skills, and positive attitude.
Working knowledge of the key concerned engineering disciplines: - (e.g. welding, Structural, Process, Electrical & Instrumentation, Piping, Mechanical, etc.).
Good English level (minimum of level 3 on the Bright test)
