The Total Rewards Partner - LAC will be reporting to the Sr. Director Total Rewards – Americas.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the implementation of Total Rewards strategy within the LAC region, underpinned by innovative, competitive, and analytically driven Total Rewards policies and programs.
This position requires both the ability to engage at a senior level as well as to ensure operational excellence.
This person is able to solve complex Total Rewards challenges, fosters strong cross-functional relationships, and possesses a combination of technical knowledge, business acumen, and change leadership.What You'll Do:Act as a Total Rewards business partner to the Latin America region, solution provider and advisor to business and people leaders by combining in-depth knowledge of Total Rewards principles, understanding of the business and market landscape, and detailed analysis/modelling.Act as a transformation agent in aligning the LAC region with other regions in terms of Total Rewards processes and programs, while paying attention to regional nuances.Consult, advise and educate Business and HR on all Total Rewards programs, Job Architecture, Integration Harmonization processes.Lead/support all current & future integration activities as a result of mergers/acquisitions.Maintain global/regional consistency of job evaluation system (Korn Ferry methodology) including reviewing and end to end evaluation of submitted job questionnaires for creation/updating of new/existing jobs.Manage the end to end external/internal benchmarking process including market pricing, survey submission/management et al.Plan, coordinate & execute periodic programs such as the Annual Compensation Review (ACR) process, Incentive compensation and other Total Rewards related projects.Keep abreast of local laws & guidelines as it pertains to Total Rewards and ensure compliance where applicable.Support and contribute to the successful development and implementation of all compensation initiatives, including the international partnering with other TD SYNNEX resources (internal and external) for successful worldwide/regional programs.Lead/participate in regional/global compensation projects as needed.Coordinate with HR, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal & other related functions on planning & execution of Total Rewards processes.Create periodic reports & analysis for LAC region on various TR related processes as needed.Lead the Benefits/Wellness harmonization for LAC region including liaison & coordination with Benefits function and Global Benefits Broker (GBB) to ensure region's adherence to Benefits/Wellness policies, GBB adoption in LAC countries and governance framework.Additional duties as assigned.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, minimum 8 years relevant experience in Total Rewards.5+ years' experience working in the Total Rewards function of a corporate human resource department.Fluent English and Portuguese, and conversational Spanish.Experience working with Latin America in Total Rewards within a global organization.Must have local working experience in Brazil/Mexico in the field of Total Rewards.Must have in-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits related policies and practices in Brazil; Additional knowledge of same in other countries in LAC (such as Mexico, Costa Rica, Argentina, Colombia, Peru) will be highly desirable.Must have experience handling transformation/integration/M&A activities from a compensation function perspective.Must have experience working with job evaluation methodologies – specific experience in Korn Ferry Job Evaluation methodology preferred.Must have high proficiency in applied Excel (routine/advanced formulas, pivots, dashboard creation et al.
