Originally, Trafoschool served as the primary development and training platform for teams working in engineering and technology.
With over 290 courses and 2280 awarded credentials, we are currently the primary point of access and communication platform for the engineering and technology community.
Having dedicated focus on talent, skills, and communications is essential as we continue to build the community's development.
Reporting to the Trafoschool Manager in Central Europe Technology Center, you will oversee the Trafoschool competency and development area, coordinate the creation of job descriptions and skill maps for Engineering and Technology functions, and cultivate relationships with universities seeking close collaboration and alignment with Trafoschool vision (master thesis, dual masters, and internal rotation of engineers to fulfill competency gaps).
Additionally, you will be responsible for developing a certified pool of trainers within the organization, you will be engaged with the strategy of Trafoschool and be responsible for communication and promotion.
