**Job Purpose**:
- Design and deliver training packages to use and enhance Modular supplied products.
Ensure training packages are competency based and are assessed with a variety of tools to ensure competency is achieved.
- Use variety of tools for assessment including, exams (written and verbal), practical demonstrations, logged seat time, KPI portfolios, observational assessments and computer based assessing to achieve high level of user competency.
**Travel Requirements**:
Ability and willingness to travel to mine-sites up to 30% of work time in order to resolve product problems
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Learning and growth - Obtain success stories - On a regular basis Identifying enhancement opportunities Update account managers with possible new features Intelligence gathering Networking and users forum as required
- Core training activity - Skill sets and specializations for trainers are maintained Maintain proven competency standards of training material Conduct and certify industry standards based training
- Business support processes - Opportunity identification and updating account managers Project / change management - As required Dealing with mine management / vendors - As required Scope / functional specification generation when necessary Work on deployment projects in support role and suggest improvements
**Required Skills**:
- Mining Technical certificate and certificate level in mine related areas.
- Modular Dispatch and ProVision operations knowledge
- No certification required at this level
- Hands on experience with Operational / Maintenance issues at a minesite
