**ROLE PURPOSE**
- As a Training Analyst you will be responsable for Training Needs Analysis across the operational teams to determine all the training staff need to improve employee job performance, including progress and growth.**ROLE CONTRIBUITION**
- Coordinate training, carrying out training needs assessment (LNT) and preparing the training plan.
- Carry out planning and guarantee the annual training schedule.
- Keep Training and Competency controls and indicators up to date.
- Control of the training matrix units, both internal and external.
- Regularly review and update the training matrix to ensure it is aligned with current regulations.
- Coordinate, with the TMS team, the logistics of training, including scheduling and post-training follow-up.
- Control of the Endorsement process (Bahamas and Panama) of the units.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training and propose adjustments as necessary.
- Act as a focal point during audits carried out by regulatory bodies and clients.
- Administration of learning management systems (LMS) and other technological tools used to distribute and monitor training.
- Conference of measurement bulletins for payment of training providers.
- Assist in identifying the best training available on the market.
- Integration and orientation of new employees.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Completed higher education (Preferably in Psychology, Administration and related areas, and may also be an Occupational Safety Technician).
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years working in the role.
- Fluent English.
- Microsoft Office Package (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).
- Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NR's), Brazilian Maritime Authority Standards (NORMAN) and Code - STCW Convention.
