The **Activate professional services team** is responsible for the execution of premium value services for the benefit of Talkwalker's customers in order to drive adoption, retention, and ultimately customer satisfaction. Our portfolio of services includes training and onboarding, platform configuration and intelligence services, as well as social insights consulting. Members of the Activate team engage in exciting projects as the company's trusted advisors in the Social Intelligence, Consumer Intelligence and Market Intelligence spaces, helping our customers drive value from their investment in our technology.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions tailored to the specific needs of new and existing clients to enhance their utilization of Talkwalker Products.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments to customize training content and methods according to client requirements.
- Actively listen to client feedback and adjust training materials and delivery methods as necessary to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Manage training schedules efficiently and ensure timely delivery of sessions.
- Work with a diverse client portfolio spanning various industries, levels of digital maturity, and business objectives.
- Innovate interactive learning methods and remain adaptable during synchronous training sessions to maximize engagement and learning outcomes.
- Demonstrate expertise in multiple Talkwalker products and continuously upskill to stay abreast of new releases and features.
- Solicit client feedback to identify areas for process improvement and contribute ideas for enhancing the training experience.
- Provide insightful recommendations to clients as a training consultant based on their specific needs and objectives.
- Foster an inclusive and conducive learning environment through strong interpersonal skills.
- Ensure alignment of product positioning in training sessions with the broader company identity and commitment to service quality.
- Understand and contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes used by the Professional Services team to ensure delivery of high-quality training and operational efficiency.
- Other duties, or special projects may be assigned.
**Must-have requirements**:
- Proven experience in conducting training sessions or workshops, preferably in a corporate or client-facing environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Familiarity with training delivery platforms and tools.
- Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
**Nice-to-have requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Education, Communication, Business, or a related discipline.
- Certification in instructional design, training delivery, or a related field.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting techniques to measure training effectiveness.
- Previous experience in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry or familiarity with digital marketing and social media analytics concepts.
- Additional language proficiency, especially in languages relevant to Talkwalker's client base or target markets.
