This is a fully remote, full-time, indefinite job opportunity. The employment agreement for the role will be provided by an employment agency.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage four main digital platforms (LMS and three Operations platforms) for the LAC region, including routine user management, creating New Country Entries, and providing 2nd technical support for regional users.
Participate in ongoing enhancement needs of the platforms in collaboration with IT and the international training team.
Build strong relationships with the franchisees of the 4 brands to ensure smooth support for their users.
Work on training projects in coordination with the international training team.
Collect feedback regularly to evaluate, improve, and fix any issues within the training content and the digital platforms.
Continuously learn about the digital platforms, training processes, and overall operations system of the company.
Create and distribute reports for RBI and Franchisees.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree or above.
Strong experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Digital Platforms; knowledge of Docebo is an advantage.
Bi-lingual candidate (English & Portuguese); knowledge of Spanish is a major plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience in training/coaching content development.
2+ years of training/coaching experience.
Strong Microsoft Skills (particularly Excel & PowerPoint).
Experience working in an international role is preferable.
Experience working in a QSR restaurant is preferable.
