ABOUT THE ROLE: The BD Training Analyst is responsible for studying the pre-existing standards for business development processes, adapting them to local needs and training the teams.
Responsabilities: > Responsible for studying the training of the categories applied in CHINA > Be part of the approval flow of a new account at SHEIN BR > Develop and update the training materials for the BD teams > Regularly train the BD teams to keep them updated of any and all changes Requirements: 1.Bachelor's degree or above.
Open to fresh graduates and experienced candidates.

Proficient in Mandarim, English and Portuguese as working languages.
