**Responsibilities**:
**What are you going to do**:
- Project Portfolio prioritization;
- Lead project portfolio prioritization processes together with Strategy and transformation team;
- Track prioritized projects and present status to ExComm every month;
- Improve governance in order to accelerate implementation and optimize impact to the business;
- Exercising a transversal leadership beyond the leadership of direct reports in priority projects for digital transformation.
