Position Summary: The Transformation Officer Lead is going to be responsible to support different stakeholders to guarantee success in our projects, governance, routine, deployment, and to support our local structure. This position is going to lead projects in 1P (Fashion local production) and 3P (Marketplace), structuring problems, running quali & quantitative analyses, and presenting them and proposing solutions to Senior Leadership. It is expected that this person works with a high level of autonomy and understands business to prioritize accordingly. Required skills: 1. Problem structuring & analyses • Framing complex problems in a structured way • Breakdown problems in hypothesis and analyses • Conduct analyses (quantitative and qualitative), getting to the 2nd order insights and the so what • Recommend actions based on analyses results and follow up on results. 2. Communication and presentation skills • Structured and clear verbal and written communication in presentations • Active listener and fast learner to create a overview of the whole business. 3. Project management • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects from initiation to completion. • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, ensuring alignment with organizational and business goals and objectives. • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. • Develop and deliver clear and concise project status reports to key stakeholders. • Facilitate regular project review meetings to communicate progress, address challenges, and solicit feedback. 4. Stakeholder management • Work closely with multiple key stakeholders in a multicultural environment, leading and managing high-stake projects that are vital for the growth and sustainability of the organization. 5. People Management • Support the Transformation Office team in decision-making, XFN teamwork and encourage idea generation. • Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for growth and skill development to unlock their full potential. • Adapt to change, guiding your team through transitions and challenges with flexibility and resilience. • Empower team members by delegating tasks effectively, providing guidance and support, promoting trust and accountability. Qualifications: • Have at least 4 years of relevant work experience in Strategic Consulting, interest in e-commerce and fashion industry is a plus. • Have at least 1 years of relevant leadership experience. • Have a strong project business management skillset: hypothesis-led problem solving, framing, and communicating complex ideas, thinking strategically. • Bachelor's degree with Business areas related (Management, Finances, Economics, etc) or Engineering. • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • MBA is a plus.
