Drive a performance culture, instill ownership and create a high-performing team;Lead projects and initiatives to drive improvements on cost and speed;Be the main point of contact of transportation inside FC, being the chairman to negotiate new projects entrance and act as problem solver to solve issues that affect BR sites;Establish and own performance metrics and communicate them to leadership;Ensure the standardization of process across shifts and Sites within BR Network;Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular business hours.A day in the life:The Transportation Operations Manager has complete responsibility for Transportation Operations at a number of sites within a pre-defined region of the country.
