Our leadership in the industry is shown through the implementation of rigorous quality controls in the execution of our projects and total transparency, as well as by our innovative character.What are we looking for?We are looking for a Treasury Leader Responsible for managing the financial and monetary aspects of a business, which includes cash management, cash flow, liquidity, funding, debt, financial risk, credit facilities and bank and other financial institutions relationships.The Treasury works closely with all finance functions and other internal constituents to meet the organization's financial objectives and ensure the financial health of Atlas Brazil operationsWhat challenges will you face?Leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead and motivate teams in a dynamic environment.Provide leadership and mentorship to the treasury team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration.Lead the monthly accurate Sources and Uses report on time and ensure all the reports around for its deep analysis.Lead the Capital Call process and ensure to provide accurate figures to our shareholders and make sure the capital arrives on time to cover Atlas Brazil cash needs.Responsible of cash management operations, which involves managing cash flow, payments and forecasting to ensure liquidity within the organization.Build and maintain healthy and productive relationships with banks and other financial institutions to secure the most favorable terms for the business.Analysis and presentations for Executives, Shareholders, etc.Support M&A, Capital Investment, and all corporate initiatives and projects, Support special projects and other duties as assigned.Develop and implement treasury strategies and policies to optimize liquidity, mitigate financial risk, and enhance overall cash management efficiency.Oversee the company's cash flow forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and reliability to support strategic decision-making and operational requirements.Monitor and analyze market trends, financial markets and regulatory changes to assess their impact on the company's treasury operations and investment strategies.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, FP&A, SF, tax, legal, and business development, to support corporate initiatives and strategic projects.Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in treasury management, financial reporting, and risk managementWhat specific knowledge do you need?will have a proven 5 year experience track record in International treasury management, preferably within the Energy industryFinance/Economics degree or a relatedMBA or equivalent in financial field preferredProficient EnglishERP systems experience- Oracle.TMS systems experience- GesplanWhat does Atlas offer you?Belong to a multicultural, inclusive, and diverse environment.
