That's why we offer 30 days of vacation + 2 free days every 12 months for you to take any time and an Executive Health plan for you.As a Treasury Manager at our company, we expect you to be responsible for the following:Cash and Liquidity Management: Management of daily cash balances to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and investments.Forecasting and Optimization of cash flow: improve efficiency and reduce costs.Payment Processing and Reconciliation: Partner with the Payments team to develop/nurture relationships with payment service providers, banks, and financial institutions.Monitor any discrepancies in payment reconciliation and partner with the Payments team to solve it.Credit and Liquidity Policy: Monitor, Identify, Solve and Mitigate risks rising from treasury activities, including FX risk, credit risk, and liquidity risk.Financial Operations and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of treasury activities, including cash flow statements, liquidity reports, and risk assessments.Prepare and present treasury reports to senior management and the Board of Directors.Support the financial audit process and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.Banking and Financial Relationships: Maintain and develop strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and payment providers.Negotiate terms and conditions with banking partners to secure favorable rates and agreements.Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to all internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and changes impacting treasury operations.Systems and Process Improvement: Identify, Assess and Implement tools, automation and processes focusing on efficiency and accuracy.Required skills:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Professional certification such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is preferred.10+ years of experience in treasury or financial management, preferably in the iGaming or online gaming industry.Strong knowledge of treasury management systems, payment gateways, and financial technologies.Experience with multi-currency and cross-border transactions.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and resolving issues.Knowledge of the iGaming industry's financial and regulatory landscape.Will be considered a plus:Availability to work flexible hours as needed due to the global nature of the business.Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings with partners or industry events.For our part, we are ready to provide you with our complete and comprehensive support to cope with this list of tasks successfully.
