Main Responsibilities:
Exclusive service to fleets (direct sales).
Prospecting new fleets and developing the customer portfolio.
Selling truck tires with the goal of increasing market share and ensuring sustainable business growth.
Commercializing tire treads for fleets, either through direct sales or through the retreaders network.
Sales of iTires and Conti Connect system (TPMS).
Monthly technical follow-up of products within fleets, providing detailed analyses.
Complete management of the account opening and maintenance process, including documentation, credit analysis, and limit management.
Analyzing customer needs with a focus on improving purchase quality and volume.
Constant monitoring of attended accounts and market price positioning.
Collecting market information for better decision-making.
Planning the credit limit for each customer, ensuring the brand's desired growth in the region.
Informações adicionais
Region of operation: Southeast Brazil, with a primary focus on the state of São Paulo.
Availability for frequent travel (by car and plane).
Willingness to stay overnight away from the base from Monday to Friday.
We are looking for a trailblazer, capable of building and expanding a fleet portfolio with high purchasing potential.
Preferred residence/base: cities in the regions of Piracicaba, Limeira, Campinas, etc.
Qualificações
Degree in Administration, Business, or related fields.
Experience in sales or related areas, with a track record of success.
Self-management capability.
Knowledge of the truck tire market and/or retreading.
Proficiency with computer systems: Microsoft Office (required) and SAP (preferred).
English (preferred).
