Your tasks

Main Responsibilities:

- Exclusive service to fleets (direct sales).
- Prospecting new fleets and developing the customer portfolio.
- Selling truck tires with the goal of increasing market share and ensuring sustainable business growth.
- Commercializing tire treads for fleets, either through direct sales or through the retreaders network.
- Sales of iTires and Conti Connect system (TPMS).
- Monthly technical follow-up of products within fleets, providing detailed analyses.
- Complete management of the account opening and maintenance process, including documentation, credit analysis, and limit management.
- Analyzing customer needs with a focus on improving purchase quality and volume.
- Constant monitoring of attended accounts and market price positioning.
- Collecting market information for better decision-making.
- Planning the credit limit for each customer, ensuring the brand's desired growth in the region.
**Profile**:

- Degree in Administration, Business, or related fields.
- Experience in sales or related areas, with a track record of success.
- Self-management capability.
- Knowledge of the truck tire market and/or retreading.
- Proficiency with computer systems: Microsoft Office (required) and SAP (preferred).
- English (preferred).
**Offer**:

- Region of operation: Southeast Brazil, with a primary focus on the state of São Paulo.
- Availability for frequent travel (by car and plane).
- Willingness to stay overnight away from the base from Monday to Friday.
- We are looking for a trailblazer, capable of building and expanding a fleet portfolio with high purchasing potential.
- Preferred residence/base: cities in the regions of Piracicaba, Limeira, Campinas, etc.
