TTSS - Technical Tire Sales Specialist (CE/RN/PB - Brazil) Continental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.

In 2022, Continental generated sales of €39.4 billion and currently employs around 200,000 people in 57 countries and markets.Responsibilities:Responsible for sales (Truck Tires) with target to increase market share and ensuring profitable growth, offering support to dealers and fleets (direct sales), working in a designated region (micro regions/territory) - Ceara, Rio Grande do Norte and Paraiba States.Follow up results monthly (Sales Statistic - MicroRegion X Customer).Implement corrective actions and/or improvements for customers facing problems (sales volume, quality, financial outcome, POS organization, etc.)
through constant visits.Conduct account analysis, including opening/closing accounts.Perform technical analysis of products in dealers and fleets.Input all complained tires in ContiFar (Internal Warranty System) and provide performance information of current portfolio with ContiTrac2 internal tool.Ensure complete documentation for accounting opening.Communicate with end customers in specific situations (overdue, need for additional documentation, etc.
).Follow up on tire deliveries.Request and monitor training for dealers and fleets.Build technical capacity in the dealers' sales team.Monitor dealer's orders to reach targets.Analyze clients' needs to improve quality and volume of purchases.Monitor market prices to ensure better positioning and balance between sales volume and sell-in prices.Track processing of requests, volumes, and monthly results, and prepare commercial offers.Constantly monitor customers during visits and gather market information.Request and follow up on submission of required documents for credit limit adequacy.Plan the credit limit of each client to ensure desired growth in each region.Support dealers with actions under Continental standards.Guide organization of POS (Point of Sales) and ensure use of promotional materials when necessary.Conduct market research.Keep the Continental Pricing department informed about prices.Work on feedback with dealers and Continental team.Qualifications:Tires knowledge.Computer system knowledge (SAP, Office).Completed graduation.Experience in sales or similar professional field.Project leader experience.Result-driven position or proof of success.Self-leading ability and proof of previous success.Able to deal with international aspects of Continental.Area: Ceara, Rio Grande do Norte and Paraiba States - Brazil.#J-18808-Ljbffr
