As a member of the engineering department, reporting to the mechatronics software development team leader, you will be responsible for the development and integration of Android (AOSP) infotainment systems (vehicle services, voice and media services, mobile services, navigation services, etc.). You'll be involved from requirement intake and understanding to final product release.
**YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Collaborate with hardware and embedded software engineers in the software development chain dedicated to graphical user interfaces.
Achieve GUI software integration by maintaining modular architecture, reusable components and user interfaces.
Collaborate with other front-end or back-end developers, managers and quality teams to deliver an excellent user experience.
Perform benchmarks and participate in the choice of future solutions.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science or equivalent experience.
One (3) to three (5) years of relevant experience;
Knowledge of the Android and/or Android automotive operating system
Knowledge of the Android graphics stack
Experience with IVI platforms
Knowledge of Figma, Java, Kotlin
