Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback. Ensure designs are accessible and meet usability standards. Requirements: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD). Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process. Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Experience with user research methods and usability testing. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. Attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful and functional designs. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines. Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
