Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Specialist at United Innovation Solutions LLC. The Customer Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and analyzing customer feedback to improve services.
Deliver high-quality, personalized, and efficient customer service via live chat, email, and WhatsApp.
Accurately document customer feedback for further analysis.
Stay informed about application feature changes to understand user pain points and assist in addressing their concerns.
Assist the Product Manager in analyzing customer needs and issues.
